  1. Order Placement and Verification:

    • Clients should place the order through WhatsApp by giving us the necessary information on WhatsApp
    • The price mentioned on the website is final, therefore no negotiations are allowed.
    • After placing the order clients should call us to confirm the order again by voice call and at that time client should provide an alternate number to contact in the future in case of emergency
  2. Payment Terms:

    • After the confirmation, the client needs to make 70 percent of the total amount as advance to confirm the order, and the remaining balance amount should be paid after we reach the venue on the event date
  3. Cancellation Policy:

    • If you decide to cancel your order, the advance payment cannot be returned.
    • Please note that canceling an order may result in the loss of your advance payment.
  4. Order Fulfillment and Refunds:

    • As the leading event management company in Chennai, we will put our 100 percent work into making your event a remarkable one 
    • so as soon as you pay the advance we distribute it to multiple vendors and they all will start the work after getting the advance from us, so they will buy the necessary products with that advance money, so if you cancel the order even 5 minutes after you paid as the advance money, the refund is not possible from our side.
