we are the leading event management company in Chennai, so the clients who would like to book our services, must follow our terms and conditions, if the clients fail to follow any of our terms and conditions, we have the right to cancel the order without giving any prior information.

1. Service Agreement: The clients who would like to book our event management services for any kind of event must pay 70 percent of the total amount as the token advance and the remaining amount should be paid on the event day after we reach the venue.
   For the decorations, the output may vary slightly to a significant change due to unavoidable circumstances on the event day due to weather or the availability of decoration items and so on. If that kind of situation is faced by the client in their event, the client should pay the total amount as discussed without any negotiation in cost.
   Payments And Cancellation: we follow our refund policy strictly, so all the clients who would like to book our service must follow our refund policy. 
2. If the client does not follow any of our terms and conditions, birthdayeventplanners.com has full rights to cancel the order without any prior information to the client and no refund or rescheduling will be given.
3. Client responsibilities: After the advance is paid, clients should share the exact event starting time and the location of the venue And must get permission from the hotel, and government officials if needed. we are not responsible for getting any kind of permission from anyone. So the client should get all the permits, licenses, and approvals 
4. Balloon decorations: while choosing the balloon colors client must share the universal color theme code for balloons with us, if they fail to provide us with the universal theme code, we will try to bring the balloon in color as close to the reference picture as possible, but it never will be the same balloon color, definitely there will be a change in the balloon colors, so at these kinds of situation client should pay the total amount without reducing the total cost for the services.
5. Intellectual property: All the rights for pictures and videos related to our services including property rights, copyrights, and trademarks and materials will belong to us, we can use those videos and pictures to promote our services
6. Liability and Indemnification: Forever Fun shall not be held liable for any damages, Injuries, or losses caused while decorating or providing any other services or as the result of our work, during these kinds of situations, clients agree to indemnify and hold forever fun and its employees harmless from any sort of claims, damages or liabilities arising from the event.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which birthdayeventplanners.com operates. b. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
8. Severability: a. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
