Please check our service area map or contact us to confirm availability in your location.
  2. Delivery Timing:

    • We will coordinate with you to schedule the delivery and setup of rental items and the arrival of service providers. We recommend booking your services well in advance to ensure availability and timely delivery.
    • Delivery and setup will typically occur 1-2 hours before the event start time, unless otherwise specified.
  3. Delivery Fees:

    • Delivery fees may apply based on the distance to your event location. These fees will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
  4. Setup and Takedown:

    • Our team will handle the setup and takedown of rental items, such as bouncing castles and balloon decorations. Please ensure that there is adequate space and access for setup at your event location.
    • Service providers, such as caricature artists, magicians, and kids tattoo artists, will arrive with the necessary equipment and materials. Please provide a suitable space for them to perform their services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  1. Cancellations:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  2. Rescheduling:
    • We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date and time.

Damage and Liability
